Registration Fees Schedule
All fees are in US dollars
Each full registration allows the registered author to upload up to 2 papers or posters. Student registrations do not include paper and/or poster uploads. Student authors need to register in the Member or Nonmember category if they are the sole author of an accepted paper and/or poster. All registered participants (member or student member) will have full access to all technical sessions and the conference e-proceedings.
Additional Fees (as Options in registration site):

Extra Paper/Poster Upload: $400/paper or poster

Extra Page (beyond 6 pages): $200/page up to 2 extra pages

Extra Banquet Ticket: $120

Extra Closing Reception Ticket: $100

Extra Welcome Reception: $80
Extra Page Payment: authors of papers with extra pages must first update the final submission information and then complete payment of the excess page charges ($200/extra page and up to 2 extra pages) through PaperPlaza registration account.
AIM 2024 will provide limited support to student authors to participate in the conference. Please check details on the STUDENT TRAVEL SUPPORT page. If you are a student author who has received the support award from AIM 2024, please contact the conference registration chair to waive your registration fee.
Post-conference tour of MIT Research Labs on July 19, 2024 is an option selected along with conference registration and is on first-come first-serve. The number of participants is capped to 58. Therefore, register for the tour as early as you could ! Please refer to the Post-Conference Tour page for more details of the Tour.
Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (Yan Gu, yangu@purdue.edu) in writing.

If your registration has been used to upload a paper or poster, then it cannot be canceled/refunded even if the paper is withdrawn.

Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration is requested by June 10, 2024, minus an administration fee of $100. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after June 10, 2024.
Closing reception will be held in View Boston. Please see Local Attraction for more information about View Boston.
Non-author attendees can request an invitation letter. Please contact the Registration Chair and provide proof of completed conference registration.
Authors of accepted papers can download a confirmation letter in Papercept. If a letter is requested ahead of decisions, please contact the Registration Chair and provide proof of completed registration and details of paper submission. Please note that, if the papers are accepted after the registration, corresponding authors have to contact the Registration Chair to manually link the paper number to the registration before uploading the final version in Papercept.
